Terms and conditions for mentorships and other lessons
If you would like to follow a mentorship or other lesson from me, please read these conditions carefully.
- If you are going to follow a mentorship with me. You have to pay the agreed amount in advance (unless you pay in installments, then you only pay the first installment before the lessons start).
- I expect a certain amount of dedication from my students. I only have limited space and I prefer to give this space to someone who really shows dedication. I therefore always have the right to terminate this mentorship if I think there is too little dedication. You will first receive a warning. I will then pay you back for the remaining lessons.
- I expect you to keep your appointments. If you cannot come to a lesson, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson will be charged.
- If you have chosen a full course, you are obliged to complete this course. If you want to stop in the middle of this course. You will not get any money back. This does not apply to people who pay per lesson.
- I may use your work that you make for my lessons on my socials and website. Of course with the right credits.
- You may not record and resell my lessons unless otherwise agreed.
- The lessons will always be online via video calling, unless otherwise agreed.
- If you pay per lesson I always have the right to increase my prices. If you have paid for a course you will get the agreed lessons for the agreed amount.
- I find the well-being of my students very important, if you are not feeling well or are feeling stressed. Please indicate this in time. Then I can temporarily 'freeze' the lessons until you feel better again. In the case of a burn-out, you may stop the lessons and you will get the unused lessons back in money. To prevent fraud, I unfortunately need a GP's confirmation if you want to stop the lessons completely.
