When will my order be shipped?

I usually ship my products within 3 business day(s). Please note that I am a one man business and sometimes it can take
which may take longer. You will always receive confirmation that your order has been shipped

How can I pay?

You can pay with PayPal & Ideal.

How much are the shipping costs?

This varies per order and where the order needs to go. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Will I get my money back if my order is lost or damaged?

No, I always make sure that your order is well packed to prevent the chance of damage. But if your order is lost or damaged, that is unfortunately beyond my responsibility. Because I have no influence on the post. You can choose to have your mail sent by registered mail. Report this with your order under 'comments'. This does involve additional costs. But if something does happen to your order, you always feel free contact me. Then I will see if we can come to a compromise together.

I see you're at a con I want to attend, can I pick up my order from you there?

That is certainly possible! Place your order normally and instead of pressing 'send via post' press 'pick up at a con'. And then state in the comments which con it concerns. I will make sure I have your order with me. Make sure you have proof of the placed order when you come to pick it up.

I placed an order a while ago, but I haven’t received it yet and haven’t received any shipping confirmation. What should I do?

Since I run a small business on my own, it’s possible that something went wrong or an order didn’t go through properly. Feel free to contact me with proof of payment, and I’ll sort it out for you!

Do you also ship to the United States?

Not for now, because the shipping rates are too expensive. If you really want a print from me, you can visit my INPRNT account. I might open an Etsy shop in the future so I can also ship to the United States. For now, you can only order a print through my INPRINT account.

If you really want an item, you can send me a message via the contact form and I’ll see if I can arrange something for you.

Is it possible to pick up my order somewhere else?

Only for traditional work and commissions it is possible to pick up your order at my home. Any other order can only be received at a con or by mail.

Would you like to sign my print?

Of course! In the comments, please state that you would like your print signed and whether you would like it on the front or back. I will often sign it with a marker somewhere in a corner.

I would like to have something custom made, is that possible?

That’s definitely possible. Go to my 'commissions' and read all the information there. Depending on what you want, I will create a quote for you. Please note that I don't always have commissions open. You can always be added to the waitlist if it’s not urgent.

I am not happy with my order and would like to return it, is that possible?

With every order you have 30 days to think about it. As long as the product is not damaged, you can return it and get your money back excluding shipping costs.

I want to make a copy of your product. Can I do this?

No, you are absolutely not allowed to make copies of the products. The ordered products are for your own use. You are not allowed to copy and/or resell them.

I see a work in your portfolio that I would really like to have as a print or as another product, can I order it from you?

You can always send me a message about this. Then I can see if I can order it for you. The prices will be slightly different then

Product X is sold out, will it be back in stock?

That can vary. Sometimes when a product is sold out, I don't order new stock. Often because I find the design outdated and I have new and better work in its place. Sometimes I restock if I think the design is still popular enough for a restock.

The back of my keychain looks damaged, what should I do?

All of my keychains come with a protective film that is tightly applied and can be removed. Sometimes it may look like there are scratches, but these are on the film, not on the keychain itself. Please check if you have removed the film before contacting me about a damaged keychain.

Can I submit a design request to you?

Yes, you can! I sometimes receive requests to create fan art of certain characters. You’re always welcome to submit a request, and I might develop it and eventually add it to the webshop. If you want to be sure that I create exactly what you want, you can commission a piece from me. This is a bit more expensive, but then you can be certain your favorite character will be drawn!
